1. INTRODUCTION

Konnect.ing is a SaaS platform operated by SaaS XPRT LTD, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom (“Konnect.ing”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Konnect.ing platform, including URL shortening, custom-branded links, link management, bio pages, analytics, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities under your account
  • Ensuring your information is accurate and up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. SERVICES & MODIFICATIONS

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

Enterprise customers may enter into separate written agreements that supplement these Terms. In case of conflict, the enterprise agreement will control.

5. PAID PLANS, BILLING & TAXES

Subscription Fees

Certain features require payment. Pricing is displayed on our pricing page and may change from time to time.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.

You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment provider (including Paddle.com Market Limited, where applicable, as Merchant of Record).

Taxes

All fees may be subject to applicable taxes (including VAT or sales tax), which will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required.

6. REFUND POLICY

Konnect.ing by SaaS XPRT LTD offers a fourteen (14) day refund window for new paid subscriptions purchased for Konnect.ing.

You may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of your initial subscription payment.

Refunds apply only to the first subscription payment and do not apply to:

  • Renewal payments
  • Marketplace commissions
  • Add-ons or additional services
  • Custom or Enterprise agreements unless agreed in writing

After fourteen (14) days, payments are non-refundable.

Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] and will be processed in accordance with applicable payment provider policies.

7. USAGE RIGHTS

Subject to compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer or copy the platform
  • Use the Services for unlawful activities
  • Distribute spam, phishing, malware, or harmful content
  • Exceed API or usage limits
  • Infringe on third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in prohibited conduct.

8. CUSTOMER CONTENT

You retain ownership of content you submit (“Customer Content”).

You grant SaaS XPRT LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Services.

You represent that:

  • You have rights to all content submitted
  • Your content does not violate laws or third-party rights
  • You have obtained required consents for any personal data

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, software, analytics, trademarks, and related materials remain the exclusive property of SaaS XPRT LTD.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

10 DISCLAIMERS

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service
  • Error-free operation
  • Absolute accuracy of analytics

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaS XPRT LTD shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is unlawful.

12. TERMINATION

You may terminate your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in unlawful conduct
  • Fail to pay applicable fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Courts located in England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
