Refund

Konnect.ing by SaaS XPRT LTD offers a fourteen (14) day refund window for new paid subscriptions purchased for the Konnect.ing Services.

If you are not satisfied with your initial subscription purchase, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the first payment.

Refunds apply only to the initial subscription charge and do not apply to:

  • Renewal payments
  • Add-ons or additional services
  • Marketplace commissions
  • Custom or Enterprise agreements, unless otherwise agreed in writing

After the fourteen (14) day period has expired, all payments are non-refundable.

Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] and will be processed in accordance with Paddle’s buyer protection and refund policies, where applicable.
